   tools, pastes, and accessories. However, slight variations in product packaging

 * All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without
   prior notice based on market fluctuations.
 * In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, RS TECHWEAR reserves the 
   right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, issuing an
   immediate full refund if payment was already deducted.

### 3. Orders & Payment

 * Order acceptance occurs once payment verification is completed for prepaid orders,
   or when confirmation is completed for COD/bank transfer shipments.
 * We accept standard payment methods through secure gateways, including UPI, Net
   Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
 * We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders suspected of 
   fraudulent activity or unauthorized bulk exploitation.

### 4. Shipping & Delivery

 * **Defective Returns Only:** Returns are accepted strictly for defective, physically
   damaged, or wrong items reported within **7 days** of delivery.
 * **Unboxing Video Mandatory:** A continuous unboxing video of the sealed courier
   box is strictly mandatory for reporting damaged tools or leaking chemical consumables(
   adhesives, flux, pastes).
 * **No Exchanges:** We do not provide direct product exchanges; verified issues
   will be resolved via a full refund.

### 6. Safe Usage & Limitation of Liability

 * RS TECHWEAR supplies professional-grade repair tools, heating components, blades,
   and chemical compounds (such as BGA flux and screen adhesives).
 * Customers and technicians are solely responsible for following safety standards
   while using these tools. RS TECHWEAR shall not be held liable for any personal
   injury, component damage, or motherboard failure caused by improper usage, untrained
   handling, or incorrect application techniques.
