 * Because we ship precision tools, flux, and liquid adhesives, please **inspect
   the outer box before signing or sharing the OTP**.
 * If the package arrives damaged, broken, or leaked, record a complete unboxing
   video and report it within **24 hours of delivery** to our support team for a
   swift replacement or resolution.
